A high energy dance class for your mental & physical health! Whoop is designed to release your negativity and boost endorphins! Just follow Emily to lots of different dance styles including bhangra, street, jazz, latin and afrobeat!

Yes you’ll burn calories, but more importantly you’ll get healthier physically and mentally! You’ll leave with a massive smile, hopefully love your body a bit more and feel the #whoopeffect!

I really enjoyed Emily’s confidence course. It came at a time when I really needed it and Emily’s fun, gentle and kind approach was exactly right. I loved the mix of journaling suggestions and the meditation exercises at the end of each session. I loved the idea of the cheerleaders, and I could so easily visualise my own personal cheerleaders! It has been a really helpful visualisation that I use often since. As a business owner, my “me time” is few and far between. Emily’s sessions were just the right length for me to enjoy in a hot bubble bath each week. The advice was achievable, attainable and Emily’s approach is just like a best friend would talk to you.

Emily’s confidence course has been a wonderful distraction and aid as 2020 has definitely seen my confidence take a knock. It has given me the opportunity to properly recognise my worth (what I can bring to the party!) and that I am not the negative statements from my past. I can highly recommend Emily’s confidence course. Emily’s warm, kind and fun personality oozed through, as she guided me through lots of great and doable ideas and tips. Such as questioning my inner critic and refocusing instead on what she calls our inner cheerleader. What happens in a Whoop Class

We will warm up gently, making sure our joints, muscles and hearts are ready for the main workout.  An eclectic range of music will guide our dance styles and cardio.  Follow me or freestyle!  Then we go into our conditioning section where we use weights and resistance bands to increase muscle strength and endurance!  We will cool down, stretch and focus on positivity before we leave!

What do I wear to whoop?

Active wear. Anything that’s comfy and breathable.

The 2 most important things are a good sports bra – they look after us ladies, we need to look after them! And good supportive trainers with good cushioning to protect your feet and knees.

Do I need to book?

Yes. During the COVID-19 pandemic pre-booking is essential. Please bring water and be prepared to laugh and sweat!

Everyone is lovely and we’re all shapes, sizes and fitness levels going at our own pace. Feel free to come alone or with friends.


Whoop Fitness is the most amazing and uplifting class around. Emily’s enthusiasm, energy and passion shines through during her routines and is shown on the smiles on her members faces during and after the class. Emily inspires others to love the body they have, to embrace it and to leave feeling fabulous in both body and mind.


Through Whoop Fitness I’ve experienced just how much FUN fitness can be! I’ve also learned to be kind to me, Emily is an amazing body confidence mentor to all who meet her.

About Emily

Emily has a degree and masters in psychology which practically guides her passion to help people in all areas of physical and mental health.

Over the years she has won best fitness instructor of the year in the Surrey Muddy Stilettos awards, been a finalist in the 2018 FitCamps presenter search, led warm ups at big running events, joined the School of Strut and trained in Strutology.

‘I feel like all the things I’ve done have led me to start Whoop Fitness & Wellbeing. I’m more confident in who I am and want to inspire others on their journeys too. Fitness is more than aspiring to achieve a ‘perfect’ body and pain! I want to offer women fun exercise that leaves them feeling healthier physically and mentally.’

Mental health awareness is on the rise but the battles we fight are still very real. Statistics say 1 in 4 of us will experience mental health difficulties in our lives. Emily experienced her own battle with post natal depression and is open about how depression and anxiety affect her. Dancing and exercise help massively!

Good Health is mental, physical and spiritual health. It is important to ensure you are healthy in all these areas. For us to fit exercise into our busy schedules and receive the full benefits, we must enjoy it. Whoop brings all this together!
