Please note by booking on, joining and participating in the Whoop! Fitness & Wellbeing class you are confirming you are fit and well and do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury, illness or death.

Please note, class bookings are non transferable.

If you are unwell, are showing any signs or symptoms of Covid-19, have a positive test result for Covid-19, or have had contact with anyone displaying signs or symptoms of Covid-19 please do not attend the class. Please inform the instructor immediately and she will try to offer you a transfer to another class under these circumstances.

The instructor is first aid trained. Please let her know before the class if you have any injuries, medical conditions or are/could be pregnant. Please also let her know before the class if you have had Covid-19, think you may have any signs of long Covid, and if you have had your Covid vaccination recently. By joining this class you are agreeing for any first aid to be performed by the instructor should this be necessary.

You are agreeing to be part of the class, agreeing to go at your own pace and follow directions of the instructor safely.

We ask that you behave in a manner respectful of others in the class and that you will be aware of others around you. You agree to ensure you are aware of your own dance space.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts, (latecomers may not be able to join, as the class is planned to warm up the body safely, and 2 of our venues are schools and so once the class has started gates are locked). Please dress appropriately for the class and have water nearby.

Covid Guidelines

By attending the class you confirm that you have read and agree to the covid guidelines and terms and conditions below.

Covid Guidelines as of 19th July
No-one should leave home to participate in the class if they, or someone they live with, has had a positive covid test, or any of the COVID-19 symptoms.

If you develop COVID-19 symptoms, self-isolate immediately and get a PCR test, even if your symptoms are mild. You should self-isolate at home while you book the test and wait for the results. You must self-isolate if you test positive. Your isolation period includes the day your symptoms started (or the day your test was taken if you do not have symptoms), and the next 10 full days.

The most important symptoms of COVID-19 are recent onset of any of the following:

  • a new continuous cough
  • a high temperature
  • a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

For most people, COVID-19 will be a mild illness. However, if you have any of the symptoms above, even if your symptoms are mild, stay at home and orange to have a test.

If you do attend a class, and consequently classes must be closed for the isolation period, you may be liable for loss of earnings.

Please let me know asap if you have any of these symptoms of are awaiting results of a test and I will try my best to offer you a transfer or a refund.
